The hotel staff could benefit from better enforcement of the No Smoking rule, as some guests were observed disobeying this rule.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with the train station just a short walk away. The breakfast was quite good, and the staff who greeted us in the mornings was fantastic. She not only made sure we enjoyed our meal, but also gave us recommendations and even spoke English! The room we eventually got was clean and had a nice view. the service here was top-notch.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the convenient location close to public transportation and attractions. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed to rest on after exploring the city. the staff was friendly and greeted me with a smile upon my arrival.

My stay was marred by the lack of cleanliness and disregard for hygiene by some of the other guests. Guests were smoking in the hotel foyer and spitting on the dining room floor, which made me question the hotel's commitment to enforcing their no smoking and hygiene rules.
